Minutes: for March 21st, Matthew moved to approve.  Christina seconded.  Motion carried.


Coordinator Update:
Follow up of Swimming Upstream Awards.  Looking ahead to next year.  Consideration of broadcast on Community Channel next year.  
Change of next meeting date considered.  

Other Business:
Discussion of signage placement along Madison River.
Positions of Chairman, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer will be open for next task force board election.  Nominations will be discussed.
Coordinator job evaluation process discussion.  
Statistical review of alcohol/drug related crashes by county.
BAC card printing, discussion of distribution.
Membership.  Discussion of adding, and advertising for new members.  

Finances:
Budget amendment proposal.  Susan Wordal moved to approve, Matthew Lowy seconded.  All in favor.  Motion carried.
Mini-grants.  According to policy board will accept application at one meeting, review, and then vote on at next meeting.  
Mini-grant application submitted by Shelly Johnson, Director of ADSGC.  Application for $698.00 for AlcoSensor III Portable Breath Test received.  This will be reviewed by task force.
